The contact form

When you use the form, Swirl IT receives your name, email address, subject and message. These details are stored to handle your inquiry and reply to you. They are not displayed publicly or used for marketing.

Storage and email

Inquiries are stored privately on our hosting infrastructure. When email notifications are configured, your contact details and message are also transmitted through Resend (or Microsoft Exchange Online if configured) to contact@swirlit.dev. You can always contact this address directly.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden anti-bot field, submission timing and request limits. Request limits use temporary hashed identifiers instead of storing your IP address in contact records. Request limits use short windows of up to one hour. IPv6 addresses from the same network share a limit. Expired identifiers are deleted when a subsequent valid new submission is processed; site-wide daily counters contain no visitor identifier.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your contact information by writing to contact@swirlit.dev.

Cookies and trackers

The portfolio does not set cookies, store preferences in your browser or load advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted with the site. The contact form sends your information only when you submit it. No cookie consent banner is needed for these features. The Intranet link opens a separate service with its own privacy rules.
